ANVIDIA founder calls Kazakhstan part of new global AI infrastructure

Kazakhstan is entering the global AI infrastructure market. Firebird, in partnership with Kazakhtelecom, is developing a 125 MW Data Center Valley in Ekibastuz, and NVIDIA founder Jensen Huang called the country part of the new international computing infrastructure, DKNews.kz reports. In Ekibastuz, the company, together with the project operator, Kazakhtelecom JSC, is developing a 125 MW Data Center Valley.

The project has already received the necessary approvals from the Kazakh government and export authorization from the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) for the supply of the relevant technologies.
